I just received my A1 mini combo… Bad news: The box arrived damaged. Apparently nothing is broken but I am fraid with such a fragile product. The box was delivered to the concierge who saw nothing… If it had been delivered directly to my home, I would have refused it. I immediately submitted a ticket. I haven’t unpacked anything yet. I hope Bambu will replace it for me? In the meantime, I cannot print. I am very upset. I hesitate to unbox it completely to test it.
